(Q1) What browsers does your website support ?

Our website is supported by all modern browsers used on desktop pc's, tablet pc's as well as smart phones including Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, Google Chrome and Opera. We suggest that users of our website keep their browsers and operating systems updated with all the latest software provided by their suppliers, in order to view and browse our website efficiently. 

(Q2) How do I book a hotel through your website?

Once you have decided and confirmed the number of persons, check in and check out dates of the selected hotel, you may proceed to book by clicking on book now. Most hotels on our website offer pre-payment or pay at hotel options and this information will be dispalyed in the rooms available within each hotel available on our website.

(Q3) Do you accept Pay Pal ?

Unfortunately we do not support Pay Pal for the time being.

(Q4) Do you accept payment by American Express Cards ?

Unfortunately we do not accept payments by American Express cards for pre-payment options, however you may use your American Express card to book a hotel with a pay at hotel option.

(Q5) Is your payment gateway secure to effect online bookings ?

Yes. We use the latest technology and standards as per international guidelines privided by Visa and Mastercard.

(Q6) Do you accept payment by bank transfer ?

Unfortunately we do not accept payment by bank transfer for last minute bookings, but this could be arranged for advance bookings. Kindly contact us if this is your preferred method of payment.

(Q7) I browsed your website yesterday and the hotel I was interested in is not available any longer, how come ?

Our website operates on an availability basis, so if you where looking for a particular Malta hotel which is not showing on our website today, this may have been fully booked and therefore removed from the availability listings. However, we may be able to get you that one extra room. Kindly contact us in such instances and we will see whether we can assist you.

(Q8) I want a specific type of Hotel Room, however I cannot see what I am looking for at the Hotel I am interested in ?

As we strive to provide the best rates at Malta, our website displays the cheapest rooms which are available on a run of the house basis, so asking for a specific room is usually not possible unless it is displayed on our website.

(Q9) I have just booked a Hotel Room, am I supposed to receive anything ?

Yes you will receive a booking voucher which you are to present at the hotel upon check in.

(Q10) I have just booked a Hotel Room, but I did not receive my booking voucher by email ?

Please ensure that we are on your email safe senders list by adding the domain - maltahotelknights.com. You may view, access and print your booking voucher by logging into your account [My Account] which is found on the top right hand corner of our website.

(Q11) I have just booked a Hotel Room, but I need to cancel my booking, what shall I do ?

In order to cancel your booking, access your account, select your booking, click on cancel booking and follow the instructions. Kindly contact us if you encounter any difficulties with your booking.

(Q12) Do I have to pay any charges if I Cancel my booking ?

The cancellation policy of every hotel varies from hotel to hotel, room to room, booking period and proximity to your check in date. When you booked your room, the cancellation policy and cut off dates would have been displayed to you prior to booking and are also recorded on your booking voucher. Once you proceed to cancel your booking you will be provided with the exact amount of cancellation fees (if any) which are relative to your particular booking.

(Q13) I have just booked a Hotel Room, however I do not know how to get to my booked hotel ?

Public Transport is available from the Malta International Airport to most towns and villages, however if you would like to have a chauffer driven service, let us know and we will gladly send you a cab.

(Q14)  I have just booked a Hotel Room, however I also intend to rent a car, do you provide this service ?

Yes, we also provide car rentals services and may deliver a car to the Malta International Airport, let us know what your requirements are and a dedicated customer support agent will assist you.

(Q15) Last week I booked a Hotel Room, now I would like to book another room in the same hotel for some friends who will join us on our Malta holiday, however I note that the same room is now more expensive, what can I do ?

Our webiste operates with a dynamic rate policy which is controlled by hotels based on their occupancy levels, sometimes this results in the room becoming more expensive closer to the booking date, however occassionally you may also benefit from a reduction due to last minute Malta hotel offers. Dynamic rates are now the norm in the hospitality industry, so finding the right price you are happy to pay and booking all rooms at once is suggested.

(Q16) Is booking early the best way to benefit from the cheapest prices for Hotels in Malta ?

In principle yes, most hotels offer early booking discounts which are reflected on the prices displayed on our website, however hotels using dynamic rates may offer, special rates and last minute offers for your benefit.
